I'm Ed Parker, and I run Parker Living. I buy houses as they are in Sunderland, Seaham, Peterlee, Durham, Chester-le-Street, Gateshead, Washington and the towns and villages around them.

I'm not an estate agent and I'm not a faceless company. I'm the one who makes the offer, and the one who buys your house.

Before property

I spent 19 years in the construction industry: Timber Frame Houses, Architecture, then NHS Estates, where I worked my way up from CAD technician to Estates Officer. I have an HNC in Construction and an ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Why I do this

In June 2020 I left the NHS to focus on property full time. Now I bring empty and tired houses back into supply across the north east, with proper refurbishments that families really want to live in.

I've been accredited with the NRLA, the National Residential Landlords Association, since 2020. My tenants are the lifeblood of my business, and I treat them that way.

How I buy

Once I've seen your house, you get two written offers within 24 hours:
