Who looks after your details

Parker Living Limited looks after any personal details you send us. If you have a question about your details, email ed@parkerliving.co.uk.

What we collect

The forms on this website don't store anything themselves. They open your own email app with a message for you to send. If you send it, we receive what you chose to include, which might be:

• your name, phone number and email address
• where the house is, and whether anyone is living there
• anything else you tell us about the house or your plans

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a chat and a viewing, and make and progress an offer if you want one. We use your details because you asked us to get in touch, and to take steps towards a possible sale.

Who we share it with

• Solicitors, if you go ahead with a sale.
• A trusted contact who helps sellers we can't buy from, but only if you say that's fine.

We never sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

If no sale goes ahead, we keep your emails for up to two years in case you come back to us, then delete them. If a sale goes ahead, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and other services

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them. The website is hosted by Railway, which keeps basic technical logs such as IP addresses to keep the site running and secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
